A man from Baltimore was identified as an uncle of one of the victims who were killed in a fatal crash in Baltimore County last month.

Devin Frink, 36, was identified by Maryland State Police as the driver of the vehicle.

On April 5 at 11:05 p.m., a soldier of the state police had stopped a Jeep Wrangler because of a traffic violation on the inner loop of the I-695 in the Greenspring Avenue.

The authorities say that the soldier did not pursue the vehicle and deactivated its need lights before entering the traffic.

About three minutes later, the police stated that the soldier anchored the jeep into flames.

The police believe that the vehicle has lost control when he tried to get out of the I-695 ramp to the I-83 to the south, and to hit a embankment and a tree in front of the fire.

Frink and two passengers, 9-year-old Bailee Brooks and Serenity Gross, were declared dead at the crime scene.

The uncle was on the way to bringing Brooks and big home after he dropped his daughter, the family told us last month.

A family member says that they all come from the riding of the go-cart riding.

The von Brooks family asked the police around Dashcam and any other video regarding the tragic incident.
