Colorado Springs, Colorado (Koaa) – A serious crash had closed part of a busy street in Colorado Springs on Wednesday morning.

The Colorado Springs police announced that they received a call for an accident with at least two vehicles at the N. Academy Boulevard and Boulder near E. Bijou Street around 8:05 a.m.

Several lanes were closed along the Nordakademie north of Bijou. The blocking closures were still available from 9 a.m.

Details on injuries were not immediately available, but at least two people were taken to the hospital after they were output from a vehicle.
