The driver identified in an accident that fled the police and killed two 9-year-old girls

Baltimore – Maryland State Police identified the driver, who was involved in a fatal triple accident in Baltimore County in April.

Devin Frink, 36, and the two passengers, two 9-year-old girls, were declared dead on site.

The department is forbidden to release the names of the minors, but can confirm that Frink was one of the girls.

This results from an incident that took place on April 5.

A soldier of Maryland State Police carried out a traffic stop on a Jeep Wrangler, which was driven by Frink, on the inner loop of the I-695 when he drove.

According to reports, the soldier decided against the vehicle.

About three minutes passed when the same soldier discovered that the escape car went into the I-83 (JFX) in flames around the i-695 output ramp.

Investigation showed that the jeep tried to take control of the control, to make embarrassment, then a tree before it caught fire.

The police gave no reason for the first stop or a potential motive for why the driver fled.

This incident will continue to be examined.
