Texarkana man because of negligent murder during the crash death of hope woman

Hope, ARK-A Texarkana, Texas, man is charged with negligent murder and trip, while he was driven in drunk, third or more crash last June with a single vehicle that cost the life of hope, Ark., Woman,.

Xavier Dquan Stewart, 31, allegedly had a blood alcohol level of 0.124 when he was tested after a collision in the early morning hours of June 9th. This emerges from a likely affidavit that was submitted in Hempstead County on Tuesday.

Stewart drove with a white Chrysler 300 from 2013 when he drove to the west on the Interstate 30 near the 23-mile mark when he changed from the street and hit a tree and killed the 21-year-old Nakhia Javon Booker.

When the soldiers of the Arkansas State Police arrived shortly after 4 a.m., first aiders were said to have been informed that Stewart had run around the north side of the tree line. The soldiers discovered a child's backpack, which contained a digital scale and plastic bags.

Stewart supposedly told the law enforcement authorities that he was a “sleep draft” and was behind the wheel, said the affidavit. But a sample from Stewart's blood allegedly showed that at the time of the crash it was far above the legal limit for alcohol.

Stewart was said to have been convicted of DWI in the past. The prosecutors also try to improve the punishment areas in Stewart, which are available on previous convictions, as recorded.

If Stewart is guilty of negligent murder in Booker's death, Stewart is five to 30 years in prison, a fine of up to $ 15,000 or both. If Stewart is convicted of DWI -DWI, Stewart is in a district prison for up to one year and a possible fine of 900 to 5,000 dollars.

Stewart is currently free of charge and has paid a bond of $ 25,000 $ 2,500 or 10%.

Stewart is scheduled to appear for the indictment this week before judge Joseph Short.
