Suspicious drunk driver in the I-45 accident, in which the 3-year-old was previously arrested at least twice for DWI: records

Conroe, Texas -KPRC 2 has learned that the alleged drunk driver had been arrested at least twice under the influence in an accident in which a 3-year-old was killed on Sunday evening.

The Conroe police authority said that she arrested Donald Carson, 55, showing the signs of impairment after falling against another car on the I-45. The investigators said there were three people in the other car, including a 26-year-old mother and her two daughters aged 5 and 3. The 3-year-old died on site.

Carson is currently charged with poisoning and poisoning attacks in Montgomery County.
