The Menendez brothers became annoying. Here is what to know.

After several hearings and delays, Lyle and Erik Menendez were annoying on Tuesday with the possibility of probation and after more than three decades behind bars, a step closer to freedom to kill their parents.

A judge in Los Angeles was made after a day full of statements by family members to support the release of the brothers. The brothers also talked about video, took over responsibility for their crimes and apologized to their relatives.

The judge of judge Michael V. Jesic from the Supreme Court of Los Angeles is now entitled to go to a probation. A hearing is already planned for the next month, under a separate mercy petition, which is checked by governor Gavin Newsom from California.

The effort and mercy work of resources are the most important legal processes that could lead to the freedom of the brothers.
