Trent Reznor sets a line -up for Future Ruins TV/Movie Composers Festival

The Mastermind Trent Reznor from Nine Inch Nails has announced the line-up for his first Future Ruins Festival, a one-day event on November 8th in the Los Angeles Equestrian Center, which offers an impressive occupation of film and TV score composers.

According to a publication, the event, which will have part of the “most influential film and television composer step”[ping] Behind the screen and on the stage takes place on three stages and offers performances by Danny Elfman (BatmanPresent Pee-Wees great adventure), John Carpenter (HalloweenPresent The thing), Kyle Dixon & Michael Stein (Foreign thingsPresent Ball), Devos Mark MothersbauGH (The royal tennen treePresent Cocaine bear) and the questlove of the roots that will carry out the scorer of the late Soul Icon Curtis Mayfield.

Future ruins “should feel thoughtful and immersive and bring this music to light in an environment in which it has never been heard before,” says the publication. “Every artist is a headliner, everyone with his specially curated moment. Every artist is encouraged to take great swings and re -present his work for a live audience. From electronic sets and live bands to orchestral services, fans have the opportunity to experience live debuts from composers who rarely appear on stage.”

It is a suitable side quest for Reznor who, as a film composer along his nin bandmate Atticus Ross, created an award-winning page as a film composer (The social networkPresent challenger), which was compiled and put together with a Reznor. “It is about people who are literally the best in the world to bring the audience to an emotional journey with music, the opportunity to tell new stories in an interesting live environment,” said Reznor in a press release about the one-time meeting.

“There is no headliner. There is no hierarchy. This is a stacked series of visionaries who do something that they may not see again,” added Reznor and Ross.

The Reznor and Ross will also carry out selections from their expansive catalog of television and film compositions, including GuardianPresent The girl with the kite tattooPresent Rich of lightPresent WavePresent MankerPresent The murderer and more. In the meeantime, nin will be on the road for their 2025 peel it back arena tour, which is slated to launch off on june 15 in Dublin and Hit Manchester, London, Germany, Belgium, Milan and 10 More Cities Before Hopping Over to North America for Shows in Oakland (August 6), as well as well as Vancouver, Denver, Chicago, Detroit, Baltimore, Boston, New York, Nashville and Phoneix, before subsiding in Los Angeles on September 19.
