(WSB photo by Christopher Boffoli, Monday evening)

As we first reported on Tuesday, the 25-year-old man, who was arrested on Monday after the jump-off and robbery in Admiral, was released for the first time, with a judge set a deposit of $ 250,000. This morning we received the listening document from the King County public prosecutor. It is said that the judge has found a probable reason to capture the suspect for the examination of a second -degree robbery and an attack in the first degree with a fatal weapon. Formal fees are not yet submitted. The document lists the suspect's address as an apartment in Tukwila and says this is the first time that he had a case with him (we had found that no criminal records appeared in our checks). The document with probability also contains the initial police summary hier was written in this case, whereby the names were reduced:

… the comments on the call is called [PCC]Male came in and said he was stabbed. ”

On arrival I spoke to the victim (reduced), who had an obvious wound on his left shoulder. A considerable amount of blood was soaked in his shirt. SFD came on site to provide help. A doctor in the scene advised that it is not known how deep the stab wound went into his shoulder and that it would require stitches.

(Victim) and explained that he was California Ave SW when an unknown man approached him and stabbed him with an apparently kitchen knife. The unknown man explained something incomprehensible and then asked (victim): “Did it hurt?” The unknown man left the scene on foot. This was a non -provocated random stab on a sidewalk on the city of Seatle. (Victim) was taken to the HarborView Medical Center by AMR 440.

(Second victim) came to me on site. She explained that an unknown man was approaching and asked for her handing over her cell phone to call her pharmacy outside. She declined. The unknown suspect hurried, grabbed her left wrist and turned her arm back. (You) published the phone. The unknown man ran away from the scene with (her) cell phone. The cell phone was removed several blocks with the belongings of the suspect in the back yard of a stranger home through which the suspect ran. Officer … returned to you. (She) advised that she had pain in her left arm, but refused to be seen by SFD.

The suspect became an estimated 30-minute block [foot] Track with K9. The suspect fled through several parishes by hopping and walking through their fence until he was arrested.

(Second victim) carried out a field exhibition and identified the suspect positively as the one who robbed her of her cell phone. Sergeant … has written off the incident on site. (Termed victim) had described a similarly looking suspect like (over the phone victim) and what was arrested.

After this morning, according to the public prosecutor, you expect the police to forward the case to them for an indictment decision by the end of the week.
