BWC video shows woman who fired the weapon of the Texas Officer officer during the arrest

Tyler, Texas – the police authority of Tyler published body camerasurm, in which the weapon of a police officer was released with a suspect during a fight. KLTV reported.

According to the department, the officials responded to a reported theft on a general general on May 11th. Two suspects fled from the scene on foot. One was arrested without incident. The second supposedly refused to comply with the commands and tried to continue to flee.

An affidavit states that the suspect turned away from the handle of the officer and began to run before stumbling. There was a fight on the ground in which she supposedly beat up the officer and bite to resist the arrest.

According to the police, the suspect then grabbed the Holster weapon of the official and managed to partly too unhindered them, firing a shot. No injuries were reported. The officer answered with what the police described as a “closed strike” to prevent further escalation.

A second officer came to help. Body Camera film material and video, which was recorded by a viewer and divided with local media, recorded parts of the incident.

The Association of Tyler Patrolman described the incident as “an extremely dangerous action that could have been in the tragedy”. In a statement, the association's president said Tyler Pride, who showed officials “incredible reluctance in a life -threatening moment” and asked the public not to hurry to judge during the investigation.

The suspect was admitted to Smith County's prison for several charges, including two cases of serious attacks by an official who opposed the arrest, arrest or imprisonment, harassment of an official and possession of a controlled substance. A complete internal examination is underway.
