Crash of more than 100 miles per hour leads to suspicion of murder for St. Paul Man Man Man

St. Paul, Minn. (Fox 9) – – After a crash, a man from St. Paul is charged with a four-way crossing of murders when the driver, who had an estimated more than 100 miles per hour, did not stop.

Paw Moo Htoo, 21, faces a number of criminal vehicle murder data that can be attributed to a crash on May 11th at 7:37 p.m.

According to the police authority of St. Paul, the officials reacted to the intersection in the Arlington Avenue and the Dale Street, where they found the driver of a Volvo XC90 that was no longer reacted to and was trapped inside.

At the scene, the responding officials found the Volvo, whereby the driver's side lifted up in the air and a “large, catastrophic impact area” according to the charges.

The front end of the Volvo was broken into the front of a Honda agreement that had “heavy front-end damage” that matched the fall into the Volvo, the police said.

A witness told the police that she was north in the Dale Street and stopped on a four -way path when the agreement drove through the intersection “100 miles per hour” when she fell into the Volvo that had started to cross.

The agreement fell into the Volvo without stopping and the witnesses claim to calculate documents. The intersection has red flashing lights in all directions, and the published speed limit in the Arlington Avenue is 25 miles per hour.

In the accusations, a witness said that they had seen HTOO left the chord through his driver's side side, and his speech was blurry when male spectators could resort to him until the police arrived.

The driver of the Volvo was declared dead at 8:08 p.m.

The police smelled alcohol

When the police spoke to HTOO, who was sitting on the grass near the crash, they reported that he called a “clear smell of alcoholic beverages” from him.

When asked what happened, he said: “I didn't go. I was not the driver,” it says.

As part of the investigation, the police stated that they had found nine empty beer cans in the cup elder and on the HTOOOS ACCORD's daircase.

Preliminary distance and speed calculations from the crash scene show that the chord drove to the Volvo at the time of the crash with more than 100 miles per hour.

A search order was collected, and a blood sample was collected by HTOO at 10:05 p.m. and presented to analyze the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Currace (BCA).

HTOO is currently being treated in the Hospital region.
