Las Vegas – A police helicopter on Tuesday helped the Las Vegas officials to find a man who supposedly suffocated a woman at a bus stop in the Southwest Valley.

The police answered a call about the man at 10 a.m. near Russell Road and Nellis Boulevard, as Air2, a helicopter of the Metropolitan Police Department, to the scene, the police said in one post in X.

The officers discovered the man and the woman near the scene, but the man “started the highway,” said the mail.

The man was hidden with the help of Air2 near a bridge, but he fled again and jumped to Interstate 11, the police said.

After a chase, the officers took the man in custody with the help of drivers who helped the traffic at the standstill.

“This was an incredibly dangerous situation – traded of professionalism and teamwork,” said the post office.
