According to reports, the woman tried to send a book and a teddy bear overnight to Topeka, Kansas. When the package was scanned, the employees discovered 3,500 US dollars in the book. The officials learned that the woman had fallen into previous fraud and had returned the money to her. The examination continues.

The officers responded to the Oregon Avenue to examine a reported vehicle accident with a Mercury from 2006 and an unsettled Dodge RAM from 2005 around 9:16 p.m., said Wasson. Rescue services came and transported the 18-year-old to a potential head injury. The 20-year-old was contacted in a residence and allegedly approved for driving.
