Thunderbolts* Rotten tomato rating unveiled

In fact, since things are, it is the best score for an MCU film since the publication of Spider-Man: No Way Home at the end of 2021, while the current metacritical score of 69 has also been the highest since this film.

Our own Radiotimes.com review of the film awarded him four stars and praised the performance of Florence Pugh and the chemistry between the line -up in what we described as “emotional return to the form” for the franchise.

The most recent episode in Marvel Cinematic Universe sees the return of Pugh as Yelena Belova (black widow) and Sebastian Stan as James Buchanan Barnes (the winter soldier), who heads an “unconventional team of antiheros”.

You will be accompanied by the returnees David Harbor (Red Guardian), Olga Kurylenko (Taskmaster), Wyatt Russell (John Walker alias US agent), Hannah John-Kamen (Ghost) and Julia Louis-Dreyfus (Valentina 'Val' Allegra de Fontaine).

Before the complete review embargo was raised, the first reactions for the film were mostly positive, with critics called him “one of the best MCU” films for a long time.

Emily Murray said that the film had “as much spark” as he “tells a really emotional story with which they are connected”.

While Erik Voss said: “I think Thunderbolts* is the best Marvel film since Avengers Endgame.”

Elsewhere, Jacob Fisher said that the film was “really fantastic” and praised the cast for her “electrical chemistry”.

“Above all, the story of the film hit me like a lot of bricks, it is brave, important and written so well,” he concluded.

The praise did not stop here when the critic Chris Gallardo wrote: “Thunderbolts: It was amazing, shocking and great in every respect.

“Florence Pugh and Lewis Pullman are absolutely outstanding in this film and are the highlights of the film. This Asterisk coverage will also surprise you and make sure that you keep both post -credits.”

Mia Pflüger noticed that the greatest strength of the film is that “it understands the emptiness”. She wrote: “They are all faced with their past, experience loss and traumatic experiences, which they all shape them in the characters we know them and justify them immensely.”
