Lucy Olsen just didn't stop! The former Point Guard from Iowa Hawkeyes, who in her only season with the program was all over the fan base, continued its upward way after it was selected as No. 23 in 2025 WNBA design.

With 12-player squad limits and many rookie-draft picks that did not make the squad for the opening games of the WNBA, Lucy Olsen had a hard fight to fight for a place she took over. The former guard of Iowa and Villanova has proven their skills in the Collegiate series and did this pretty quickly in the WNBA.

It was reported by Chad Leistikow from the Moines Register that Lucy Olsen officially made the 12-player squad of the Washington Mystics.

Lucy Olsen brings a strong family tree to Washington. During his time in Villanova, Olsen was the Big Ost most improved players and an all-Bigos selection of the first team in 2024. Olsen followed this success by moving to Iowa to replace Caitlin Clark's goal.

She entered seamlessly and took the honor with the first team with the All-Big ten, while led Iowa to the NCAA tournament 2025 and a victory in the first round.

Lucy Olsen scored 14.7 points, 3.9 rebounds and 3.8 assists per game during her four -year -old College College. In their 2023-24 season with Villanova, they became an average of 23.3 points per game. When Olsen came to Iowa, he scored an average of 18.6 points per game, 5.1 templates and 4 rebounds per game, while he shot 44.6% from the field.
