According to reports, Atlanta Hawks meet with two projected top picks at the NBA Combine

The 2025 NBA Draft Lottery is in the books and it went exactly as the Atlanta Hawks had hoped. While the choice of the Hawks was controlled by San Antonio, Atlanta observed attentively and hoped that the Sacramento Kings pick would remain in 13th place. He seems to go into the top -Ten picks like a lock, which means that Atlanta may have to go to the top ten or even the top eight to choose it.

Queen fits the Hawks interesting, mainly because of his defensive concerns. Atlanta has only Onyeka Occongu on the squad in the center for the next season and needs at least two more bigs, with one or both perhaps in the draft. Queen was one of the country's top players last season and led the terrapins to the Sweet Sixteen, while she achieved an average of 16.5 ppg, 9.0 RPG and 1.9 APG to 53/20/77 shooting. However, his three -point shot and defense are big question marks, and it may not be the best behind Okongwu.
