EFCC admits that the innocent person is wrongly explained by the CBEX scandal

The Economic and Finance Crime Commission (EFCC) has admitted that it wrongly declared Ellie Bitar.

In a statement on Wednesday, the anti-graft agency rightly published a few days after the first publication of history, as Mr. Bitar was wrongly explained by the EFCC.

“Ellie Bitar by CBEX Solutions Ltd., which was previously explained, has since been removed from the list based on new information that does not support his inclusion in the list of the desired person,” said the EFCC.

However, the anti-graft agency said that it had strengthened her investigation by the CBEX Ponzi program, which swindled many Nigerians out of her money.

“The Commission makes good progress in its investigation. Criminal law enforcement agencies all over the world work together to pursue and arrest all people they are looking for. The EFCC will not give in every actor who is involved in the fraudulent business,” said the anti-graft agency.

According to the EFCC, eight people are looking for because of their commitment to the CBEX Ponzi scheme: Seyi Oloyede, Emmanuel Uuko, Adefowora Oluwanisola, Adefowora Abiodun Olanipekun, Johnson Okiroh Ofienolu, Israel Mbalika, Joseph Michiro and Serah Michiro.
