The man who sent to prison for Dui crash, in which two were killed in Lincoln

Lincoln, alongside (KLKN) – A man from Lincoln was convicted on Wednesday

Grabiel Revilla received 19 to 20 years in prison to count homicide.

The 35-year-old was also sentenced to 60 days for Dui. His driver's license is revoked for six months.

In the early morning of April 14, 2024, Revilla drove an SUV near Pine Lake Road and 28th Street.

The police said the vehicle went off the street, rolled and hit a tree.

Both passengers of Revilla-23-year-old Omar Rios and 21-year-old Darien Rosales-Wurden declared dead at the crime scene.

According to the police, Rosales was ejected.

Revilla was found unconscious in the driver's seat and taken to a hospital.

Court documents state that Revilla accelerated and had a blood alcohol content of 0.119%. This is approximately 1.5 times the legal limit.

A counting of the homicide was fallen under a plea deal.

With loan for more than a year behind bars, Revilla will be entitled to probation in about nine years.
