Logandal child Sacrifice of a alleged DUI crash identified on the i-15

Two logandal children who died this month in the event of a alleged Dui driver's accident on Interstate 15 near Bunkerville were identified.

Case Hardy (9) and Emmie Hardy (6) died in the crash, the Coroner's office of the court district of Clark County said.

According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, the two children died on May 4, after the vehicle in which they were, from a Chevrolet Silverado, from Steven Woods (40) from Hurricane, Utah, on Sunday afternoon near Mile Marker 100 and Carp Elgin Road, about an hour northeast of Las Vegas.

The children were two out of seven inmates in a Honda Odyssey, said the Highway Patrol.

Woods is charged with the Justice Court bunkern, which includes counts by DUI and ruthless driving with death or considerable bodily harm.

In addition to the died children, five more were injured in the accident in which several vehicles were involved.

According to the forensic doctor's office, the hardy children died of “multiple blunt violent violations”. Woods, who was released from custody on Wednesday, will be due again on May 21st.
