Valeria Márquez, Tikok Influencer, shot during the live stream in Mexico

A 23-year-old influencer was shot in a beauty salon in Jalisco, Mexico on Tuesday, while she was in Tikkek in Tikkok, according to the public prosecutor.

The influencer, Valeria Márquez, worked in the salon in Zapopan, part of the Guadalajara metropolitan region, and streamed for some of their 113,000 followers on Tikkok when two men in the motor bike brought a spokesman for the Jalalco State Prosecutor in front of the office. One of the men entered the salon with a mask and searched for Ms. Márquez.

“He asked her directly: 'Are you Valeria?” Said Rodríguez. She replied: “Yes”.

The man then pulled out a gun and shot her before he hopped and flee.

Ms. Márquez's TIKTOK account seemed to have been depressed on Wednesday, but a video about the online killing, which was confirmed by the public prosecutor. Showed her on a chair in the salon and held a pink filled pig in her lap before looking away from the camera. A moment later, she clings to the chest and stomach before summarizing herself in her chair. Another woman's face is seen before the video cuts out.

When the investigators arrived later: “She was still sitting in the chair, where she was surprised in her arms with this doll, the little pig,” said Rodríguez.

The public prosecutor said that there was no suspect, but surveillance material had checked and combined its social media by pointing out who could be the attackers. The men who previously visited the shop to say they tried to send Ms. Márquez a gift, most likely not know them personally because they had to ask them by name, said Rodríguez.
