WSP Trooper death procedure was delayed due to claims for ice stakeholders

According to Komo News, the process for a man who is accused of having killed a trooper of the Washington State Patrol was checked for the state's sanctuary law.

The defenders reported that the media office had asked the court to work on claims that the public prosecutor's office with immigration and customs authorities (ICE) submitted during the week – submitted against the law of Washington in Washington.

Raul Benitez-Santana is accused of having beaten patrol vehicle in Christopher Gadd's patrol in March 2024.

Komo News said that defenders claim that an employee of the public prosecutor of the Snohomish district of Snohomish asked Seattle Ice Agents whether they could provide a Häftainer on Benitez-Santana before hearing the spring court, in which he asked for a lower deposit.

Ice previously reported that Benitez-Santana was illegal in the country and is a citizen of Mexico.

The prosecutors said that Benitez-Santana had admitted to smoking marijuana and drunk beer before he fell against Gadd's vehicle. Gadd was parked on the shoulder of I-5 South near Marysville around 3 a.m.

A witness told the MPs that the SUV moved quickly, heavy and then met the GADD vehicle. The SUV then crashed from the patrol vehicle and stopped in the fast track, where it was hit by a van with six people inside.

Komo News reported that the process should begin on Thursday, but is delayed until the court makes a decision on the application.
