Steve Kerrs Big Steph Curry injury update before Warriors-Wolves Game 5

In the first round of the Western Conference Playoffs, Steph Curry, Superstar -wachmann of the Golden State Warriors, was pushed to his border. In seven games, Curry scored an average of 24.0 points, 5.9 rebounds and 5.7 assists at 47.1/39.2/89.3 shooting and played 38.3 minutes per competition.

Unfortunately, for the Warriors, they didn't have much rest between the rounds after they lost the rockets in Houston in game 7 to quickly turn around to take over the Minnesota Timberwolves in round two.

Curry suffered a thigh pollution in game 1 against the Timberwolves when the wear of the playoffs quickly came to the 37-year-old.

Since then, Curry has missed every game for the Warriors and they have lost three directly without him. The Warriors now have a 3-1 deficit and now have their backs against the wall into the game 5 on Wednesday and their season on the line.

The Warriors drove in game 5 and published a promising injury update for Curry after he was re-evaluated.

“The reassessment showed that Curry is making good progress in his recovery. It was released to take part in light training sessions on the square, including the rotation exercises. It will be rated again on Saturday,” said Warriors PR.

If the Warrior's game 5 won, game 6 would only be on Sunday what Curry gives enough time to evaluate again and possibly get his return. Before the game on Wednesday, Warrior's head coach Steve Kerr confirmed that Curry can play in a potential game 6.

“It is a way he could play (game 6),” said Kerr about Curry.

Of course, this will not matter if the warriors cannot achieve a victory on Wednesday evening without him. However, the possibility that Curry will return to game 6 should give the team an additional fuel to win game 5 and give him the chance to get back on the pitch.
