1 person who was injured in Highway 63 accident near Rochester – Post Bulletin

Oronoco Township, Minn.-a person was injured on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, in an accident with two vehicles on the US Highway 63 between Rochester and Oronoco.

A Chevrolet Equinox from 2017 drove north in the 18th Avenue Northwest and a Chevrolet Silverado from 2001 drove to the east on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. on Highway 63, according to a crash report from the Minnesota State Patrol.

The driver of Equinox, 87-year-old Anthony Victor Steinman from Rochester, did not have life-threatening injuries. He was brought to the Mayo Clinic Hospital-Saint Marys. His passenger, 85-year-old Florence Christina Steinman from Rochester, was not injured, the report said.

The driver of Silverado, 19-year-old Makenna Madison Kranz from Rochester, was not injured in the accident, according to the report.

The Minnesota State Patrol, the office of the Sheriff of Olmsted County and the Mayo Clinic Ambulance Service reacted to the crash.
