Blake Lively accused of having threatened Taylor Swift because of the legal drama

Blake Lively and Taylor Swift's extreme friendship are drawn into an untidy legal territory.

In a wild turn in IT, the American showdown ends between living and co-star Justin Baldoni, the lawyers from Baldoni now claim that Lively has tried to quickly put pressure on them by threatening to violate private text messages. Yes, that's the accusations, and it makes serious waves.

According to a new court report from Baldoni's team on May 14th, the Bombhell claim states that Lively Swift has shown to delete some texts and even prompted them to publish a public declaration of support during the ongoing lawsuit. If Swift didn't do it, Lively supposedly threatened to make these texts public.

All of this began to heat up when Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds was sent to Venable, the law firm, which SWIFT left, was sent. In response to this, Bryan Freedman's lawyer wrote a letter to the judge who defended the need for this summons. He claims that he was stated by a “very reliable” source, which said that Lively Swift urged himself to get involved in the legal chaos, whether she wanted or not.

Freedman also says that Swift's lawyer received a call from LIVELY's Legal team and called for a public declaration of support to publish private messages if it was not met. The letter goes so far as to accuse lively, in this case “intimidating and forcing a painful witness”. This is serious.

LIVELY's side does not take that quietly. Her lawyer Mike Gottlieb shot back hard and described the entire claim “categorically wrong”. In an explanation towards humans, he ruled out the allegations as “cowardly”, said that they were based on anonymous tips and accused Baldoni's legal team to start unfounded attacks. “We will submit applications to the court directly to blame these lawyers for their misconduct,” he said.

Where fits Taylor Swift in all of this? She tries to stay far away. Her representative published a long statement on May 9, in which the pop star ends from the entire saga. According to Swift's team, she never visited the film set, never helped with the casting or the changes and only approved the use of her song “My Tears Ricochet”. They added that 19 other artists also licensed tracks for the film, and this summons are only an advertising train to get headlines.

And although Swift may not be deeply involved, it is definitely in orbit. Lively and Swift are known as super tight, Swift is even a godmother for Lively's children. They were hanging at football games and other events with Reynolds and Hugh Jackman. But now Jackman's name is also being floated as a potential witness. A source said that anyone who knows something about the lively soon -to -be can be charged, regardless of how famous they are. Another insider claimed that it was all just a distraction tactic.

The 37 -year -old LIVELY submitted her complaint against Baldoni, 41, and accused him of accused sexual harassment and retaliation during production. Baldoni replied with a massive 400 million dollar -counteruit and claimed, lively and other defamed and tried to blackmail him.

There are more: Earlier exhibits In this case, some of the texts from LIVELY already contained in which she called Swift and called her “dragons”. A term Baldoni's legal team argues that LiveLy has her celebrity friendships to manipulate the situation. Freedman even explained: “She used her” dragons “to manipulate Justin at every turn.”

In an earlier interview with Gayle King about CBS morning in August 2024, Lively indicated how Swift was involved. “She was with me during this entire process,” she said, suggesting Swift to know much more than she might be allowed now.

Nevertheless, Swift's Camp sticks to her story, they had nothing with the film beyond a simple music license. Swift's representative made it clear: “This document pre -load is designed in such a way that it uses the name of Taylor Swift to awaken the public interest by creating boulevard -clickbait instead of concentrating on the facts of the case.”

At this point it is difficult to say where this legal confusion operated by the celebrity will land next. But with claims of threats, troubled texts and the largest pop star in the world in the crossfire, one can certainly say that this case has become a complete Hollywood thriller from the courtroom drama.
