The Real Madrid defender Raul Ascio was able to face a sex video with a minor with criminal proceedings because of allegedly a sex video.

The 22-year-old footballer allegedly requested a video that was filmed by teammates Ferran Ruiz, Andres Garcia and Juan Rodriguez in June 2023, in which a minor and another young girl at the age of 16 and 18 were involved.

The players are accused of “disclosing secrets without consent and violation of privacy, distribution and sending videos to third parties without consent, recording and using minors for pornographic purposes and possession of child pornography.

Ascio and the three other players were arrested in the Real Madrid training center in September 2023 after the mother of the 16-year-old girl who appears in the video was described.

At that time it was reported by the Spanish media that one of the footballers had a mutual sexual encounter with the young girl before sending the video to the other players without their consent.

This season Ascio has established itself as a regular guest of the first team. Fans in various stadiums in Spain have mocked Ascio, and some Barcelona fans sang in prison during the Clasico on Sunday.

Real Madrid's Copa Del Rey semi-final victory in February was briefly interrupted by the referee after home fans “Ascio swore”.

According to the court ruling, both women have symptoms who correspond to the Spanish sports disorder with the post -traumatic stress disorder in accordance with the Spanish sports disorder.

The judge at Gran Canaria's Supreme Court said there was enough evidence to support allegations of violation of privacy, distribution of videos to third parties without the knowledge or the consent of the victims, the request of a minor for pornographic purposes and the possession of children's pornography.

Ascio tried to have rejected his part in the case in February by appealing the investigation of his alleged role. However, the judge decided to maintain the decision to advance the investigation.

Ascio did 21 La league appearances for Madrid this season, while Ruiz, Rodriguez and Garcia, former youth teams from Ascio, left the club last summer.

Ruiz moved to Girona and the club's sports director, Quique Carcel, said in November: “I respect the innocence” in relation to the investigation. Rodriguez and Garcia joined the teams in the third stage of Spain (Tarazona and Alcorcon).

Both the representatives of Real Madrid and Ascio refused to comment.
