President Trump visits the VAE, here is what is to be expected

President Donald Trump will soon end up in the United Arab Emirates on Thursday for his last stop in the Middle East this week during a visit, in which a US President traveled to the nation for the first time in 2008 after President George W. Bush.

It is expected that Trump, who has first completed important business qualifications in Saudi Arabia and then in Qatar, announce further agreements with one of the main trading partners of the United States in the region.

In March, the VAE promised an investment of 1.4 trillion dollars in the US economy through AI infrastructure, semiconductor, energy and American Manufacturing, including a plan for the first time in US aluminum production, by investing in a new melt for the first time in March.

On the eve of the presidential visit to the Nation of the Middle East, the Foreign Ministry also announced a sale of CH-47 f chinook helicopters and F-16 fighter aircraft to Abu Dhabi.

However, legislators proposed on Wednesday to block this sale, as they have concerns about direct personal business relationships, since Trump's Crypto Venture also received an investment of $ 2 billion through an investment company supported by the VAE.

“If I were a betting person, I would bet that the Emiratis would almost certainly have had some things for the actual visit of President Trump in Reserve, who can be announced when he is on site in Abu Dhabi,” John Hannah, former national security consultant of Dick Cheney and Current Randi & Charles Wax Senior Fellow at the Jewish Institute of America (Jinsa) (Jinsa) (Jinsa) (Jinsa), told Frox News), told, told, told, told, told, told, told, told, told Flox News. “I would not be surprised at all if we would see some new articles or some additional details about some of the previous announcements.”

“The United Arab Emirates clearly stuck their future to the Middle East in a variety of 21st century technologies, from AI to chips to space,” he added. “And of course the shopping list for high-end weapons is almost unlimited and always possible for a trip like this.”

An increased exam was taken around Trump's near the east tour, since the commitment with all three nations has a personal value for him, since the luxury resorts, hotels, golf courses, real estate projects and crypto investment programs in the region have luxury resorts, hotels, golf courses from the Trump organization.

But all three nations also have a significant value for Washington, since in some of the toughest geopolitical topics with which the USA and its allies are faced with, they have become main actors.

Saudi -Arabia and Qatar have made the US negotiations in the end of the end of the Russia war in Ukraine and the hostage negotiations in the Gaza Strip.

While none of these topics in Trump's visit to Saudi -Arabia or Qatar seemed to be top discussion, he can take more attention in terms of VAE geopolitical bonds, especially in view of the fact that Abu Dhabi is one of the few nations of the Middle East that contain normalized diplomatic chains with Israel.

The United Arab Emirates have passionately exchanged military operations in the Gaza Strip, challenged a two-state solution and rejected Trump's “Riviera plans” to prefer an alternative to reconstruction of Egypt.

Abu Dhabi also maintained relationships with the largest opponents in the United States, including China, Russia and Iran, which could be a topic of conversation during Trump's one -day visit.

“As everywhere on this trip, the headlines are likely to be dominated by the dollar signs and the deal making,” said Hannah. “But I personally are interested in the geopolitical perspective to reset the strategic partnership between the USA and Emirati, especially in the context of the America's great power competition with China and to a lesser extent Russia and regionally with Iran.”

Hannah explained that Trump's visit to the United Arab Emirates illustrates the publication of the United States economically and militarily to support Abu Dhabi “Stability, Security and Success in a dangerous neighborhood” and “in the future.

“The top lead of the VAE is to the assumption that most eggs in the American basket was an increasingly risky bet when one president after the other decided that the Middle East was a lost thing – nothing more than” blood and sand “, as President Trump was known in his first term – and the country had to focus on Asia,” he continued. ” Emirates, it is an important goal to correct this non -helpful perception and to put the strategic relationship back on a much more positive dynamic. ”
