Iowa Baseball offers injury update for the start of Pitcher Reece Beuter

When Iowa Baseball (32-17-1, 21-6 Big Ten) opened the game 1 of the final of the regular season series against No. 7 Oregon (38-13, 19-8) by Duane Banks Field, the program gave a low update about the injury status of Redhirt Senior Pitcher REECE, which last Thursday during a bull session with a “Nerve problem” developed.

The injury kept the Cedar Falls, Iowa, which comes from his typical game 3 on Sunday. 11 Oregon State, where he had a career-high performance in a possible 6-6 12th Inning tension.

So far, Beuter had an enormous season for Hawkeyes with a 6-0 record in 12 starts and a 3.13 run average (ERA).

According to Iowa head coach Rick Heller, Beuter had a successful Bullpen meeting on Tuesday. While the revelation sounds promising, Heller added that Bieuter is not yet completely healed, but looks much better.

The hope is that Beuter can in a way begin in any way during the third game against the ducks against the ducks, which, if certain scenarios take place, could decide who wins the title of the regular season with big ten.

While further updates of his status will come with certainty when the week continues, the Hawkeyes have to concentrate on winning a game, with the chance of having their first tit in the regular season since 1990.

Fans can see today's game on FS1, which starts at 6:02 p.m. CT. In addition to the show, the Hawkeyes Radio Network will report in addition to Play-by-Play-Voice John Leo and Color Analyst John Evans.
