Gordon County, Ga. – According to a news report from Georgia, the three people who died in an accident between Calhoun and Adairsville were identified by the Gordon County Coroner's Office.

Manuel Mijango, 68, from McDonough, Ga., William West, 50, from Lafayette, Ga., And Christopher Powell, 23, from Okeechobee, Florida, died on Tuesday in the accident, which blocked the traffic on Interstate 75 for 75 hours.

“The Gordon County's Coroner's office will continue to support Georgia State Patrol while the investigation continues,” said Nick Blalock, forensic doctor of Gordon County.

The crash with six separate vehicles and began, as a tractor trailer that drove north, crossed the median with a Hyundai sonata after collapsing.

This Semi then fell head -on into two more Sattelzuger and two passenger vehicles.
