The scientist of the State Police Criminal Police Laboratory returns to be witnessing in Karen. Read Mord Retrial – Boston News, Weather, Sport

Dedham, fair. (WHDH) – A forensic scientist returned to the witness stand in Karen Read Mord Retrial on Thursday morning.

Maureen Hartnett, a scientist of the Massachusett State Police Crime Laboratory, resumed her certificate. Lawyers asked their questions about the evidence collected by investigators, including the clothing that the police officer of Boston, John O'keefe, when he died in January 2022.

Read's defense team assumes that the officials did not follow properly.

Read is accused of killing O'keefe, her friend, by pushing him with her SUV and letting him die in a snow ban. Her lawyers argue that she is framed in a police activity.

Her first legal proceedings last year ended with a mistial.
