Sydney Sweeney and Paul Walter Hauser Crime Film

Sydney Sweeney and Paul Walter Hauser are an unlikely Bonnie and Clyde for the crime thriller “Americana”.

The ensemble film, which was premiered in SXSW, plays in South Dakota, where the waitress of the small town of Diner Penny Jo Poplin (SWEENEY) dreams of becoming the next Dolly Parton, but only has to come to Nashville first. Michael Williams and Suraj Maraboyina are also the production of Executive. The activist of the American indigenous people, Marcus Redhunder (“Longmire”, “Hostiles”), served as a consultant for the film, which was shot with the support of the New Mexico Film Office on site.
