Arrest made after you found the shot that was killed in Schuylkill River months ago

It has been almost three months since a man's body was found in the Schuylkill River, and now a suspect has been charged with his murder.

What we know:

The 61-year-old Roger Rosson was arrested on Tuesday in connection with the death of 35-year-old Joshua Daywalt, whose body floated near Kelly Drive on February 7.

A medical examiner ruled Daywalt's death as a murder after unveiling that he had been shot into the back of the head.

Rosson, who, according to the police, is currently homeless, is charged with murder and associated crimes.

What you say:

The daywalt family spoke to Fox 29 last month when they were looking for answers and supported themselves for the mental health of adults.

Family members say that Joshua had years of challenges for mental health and lived “homeless and disoriented” when his body was pulled out of the Schuylkill river.

His mother Jennifer joined the Good Day Philadelphia to explain her son's battles with schizophrenia, and said he was known that he had developed “a few different personalities” when he rejected the treatments of mental health.

She said she was not sure which personality was in the game when Joshua was killed and asked Pennsylvania's legislators to change the current laws in order to enable family to be involved in decisions for the mental health of adults.
