People accused Blake Lively of putting Taylor Swift under pressure in the middle of the legal dispute with Justin Baldoni

Blake Lively's friendship with music superstar Taylor Swift is now at the center of her legal dispute with her former “It End with Us” KO star Justin Baldoni.

In a new court registration on Wednesday, the lawyers of Baldoni Lively Swift put on the legal back and forth, which began for the first time in December.

This month LIVELY filed a complaint against Baldoni at the California Civil Rights Department, in which he was accused of having led to the set of “It Ends With Us” because of sexual harassment. Lively and Baldoni then started duel lawsuits against each other, whereby Lively claimed that Baldoni and important stakeholders of the film had sexually harassed them and tried to orchestrate a Schminkel campaign against them together with Baldoni's production company and crisis -PR company, the agency group PR.

Baldoni denied the allegations by an explanation of his lawyer, who described Lively's actions as “shameful” in order to “make serious and categorically false accusations” against Baldoni.

Baldoni later sued LIVELY, her husband Ryan Reynolds, the couple's publicist, Leslie Sloane, and the public relations work of Sloan, Vision PR, for blackmail and defamation.

LIVELY's lawyers described Baldoni's lawsuit “Another chapter in the perpetrator game book” and accused Baldoni, “to have tried to shift the story to Ms. Lively by wrongly claiming that she had captivated creative control and alienated Mr. Baldoni”.

At the beginning of this month, Swift was charged by Baldoni's lawyer Bryan Freedman.

Lively and Reynolds' lawyers replied by trying to block the summons that the lawyers of Baldoni argued.

Paying “a source”, the legal team of Baldoni in the court registration called that Live Swift's lawyer published a declaration of support for Ms. Lively, in the middle of the legal dispute, in which “if Ms. Swift refused to do this, private text messages would be released from personal nature in Ms. Lively's possession”.

Baldonis' lawyers claim in the new submission that “has been lively requested that Taylor Swift deletes their text messages”. The submission of the court also claims that “a representative of Ms. Swift has addressed these inappropriate and apparently blackmail threats in at least written communication”.

In response to this, the lawyer of LIVELY, MIKE Gottlieb, asked the court to beat the documents as “unnecessary, inappropriate and abusive”.

Gotleib told ABC News on Wednesday in a declaration that the allegations made in Baldonis are “categorically wrong”.

“This is categorical.” This is what we expected from the Wayfarer parties' lawyers who initially seem to love without evidence, and without evidence and without care for the people who harm them in this process.

Baldoni's first complaint against LIVELY, which was submitted in January, described an SMS that he allegedly received from LIVELY, in which Baldoni claims that Lively referred to Swift and Reynolds as her “dragon”. The complaint claimed that their relationships used their relationships with top -class people such as Swift and Reynolds to have their influence on the film.

Swift did not answer a comment on the latest court report on the ABC News' request.

In response to the summons, a spokeswoman for Swift said that she was only involved in the licensing of her song “My Tears Ricochet” for the film and was never on the set.

“Taylor Swift never set the set of this film on foot, she was not involved in casting or creative decisions, she did not evaluate the film, never saw an editing or made notes to the film, she only saw him weeks after his public publication with us and was in the history of Globe around the Globe and 2024.” 'My Tears ricochet'. “

The spokesman added: “In view of the fact that their participation was to licens a song for the film, which 19 other artists also did, this document forecard was designed in such a way that they used the name of Taylor Swift to wake up the public interest by creating boulevard -clickbait instead of concentrating on the facts of the case.”

Lively and Baldoni will be released on March 9, 2026 in front of the US district court for the southern district of New York.
