Judge roams Justin Baldoni letter in which Blake Lively Taylor Swift put pressure on

A judge has given Blake Lively's request to strike a letter and an affidavit from Justin Baldoni's legal team regarding Taylor Swift.

Judge Lewis J. Liman issued the application on Thursday, May 15, Bryan Freedman's letter and affidavit affidavit “inappropriate” and “irrelevant for a problem before this dish”. He added: “The lawyer is pointed out that the future abuse of the court application could be met with sanctions.”

In the letter, which was submitted in Baldoni's request for a subjugation, Freedman also claimed to have received a tip from the anonymous source in which Lively Swift asked to delete text messages.

Freedman claimed that they were also announced that Swift's lawyer answered Lively's lawyer and “had addressed these inappropriately and apparently blackmail threats,” he added, “it is the communication that the Wayfarer parties” as a potential evidence of “an attempt to perceive a perception in this litigation”.

“We will submit applications to the court directly to blame these lawyers for their misconduct,” he concluded.

In a subsequent letter to the judge, the LIVELY legal team demanded that Freedman's letter were advertised, and wrote: “The obvious intention of the Freedman letter is to wash scandalous and defaming allegations about Ms. Lively and against the opposing lawyer of the press.”

On Thursday, however, Freedman doubled his claim and this time submitted a signed affidavit under the punishment of mone to give his unnamed source and further details about the allegations more light.

In the affidavit, Freedman claimed to have received a one -hour call on Valentine's Day, February 14, with a “person who was very closely connected to Taylor Swift”, whom he was still unnamed.
