Suspect in Dalla's shootout

Dallas – – A man who is charged with murder on a real estate agent in downtown Houston in downtown Dallas is now in Bond.

The 34 -year -old Kendrick Finch recorded a bond on May 13 and was released from Dallas County's prison.

At the beginning of this month, a judge attempted the Finch legal team to reduce his bond of 500,000 US dollars.

Finch will be charged on April 5 for murder when Ashlee Long died.

Ashlee Long, 28, visited Dallas from the Houston region when she and a group of friends left a bar in the city center shortly after 2 a.m.

The police say that the man Long was founded with the 36-year-old William Kistler “and has banned his hand along the passenger side of a passing Mercedes”.

The passenger of this car, which was later identified by the detectives as a 34-year-old Kendrick Finch, left the Mercedes with a weapon in hand.

Kistler grabbed Long's handbag and pulled out his gun.

Finch opened the fire and beat both long and Kistler.

Long later, died in the hospital.
