Disruptive texts by the NBC boss, found by the partner as a sick sex scandal spiral

An NBCUniversal manager who worked on the hit musical death is accused of having sex with minors in a lawsuit. His prosecutor? An ex-boyfriend he employed.

The Senior Vice President of the Universal Theater Group (UTG) Chris Herzberger is now trying to be removed as a defendant in the far-reaching lawsuit of his 28-year-old ex-friend Tyler Adkins.

The lawsuit, which names several NBCUESEXECs, claims differently illegal termination, retaliation, bodily harm and battery as well as sexual harassment.

Adkins met Hollywood Bigwig Herzberger when he was looking for work in Los Angeles – the meeting quickly led to a romantic relationship, as court files claim.

As an emerging actor, Adkins agreed to have sex with Herzberger (38) after the manager had told him that it would be good for his career and that rejection would damage it if he claimed charges. It supposedly led to an amicable relationship that lasted three years.

Lawyers who represent Adkins said that Herzberger would threaten him from the industry during the relationship when the actor tried to end things.

In April last year, Adkins received a job as an assistant to the NBCuniversal author Marco Pennett.

At that time, Pennette wrote a musical adaptation of the film “Death” in 1992.

Since then, the show has been a hit on Broadway and plays the former child singer Michelle Williams.

During the test run of the show in Chicago last May, Adkins was supposed to be at Pennettes Beck and called every hour of the day, called him Ubers, changed diabetes monitor and much more.

Some of these texts were submitted on Tuesday as proof of Adkins in his complaint against NBCuniversal before the Supreme Court of Los Angeles.

According to the court report, Adkins reported the text messages to the police on or around June 14th.

They described Adkins' allegations that his relationship with Herzberger “controlled” and excited how the two men lived open as a couple, got a dog and even met the other parents.

He demanded that he were released from the case and wrote the lawyers from Herzberger: “If he is considered in context and subjected to a minimal examination, the fatal defects in the plaintiff's legal claims are obvious.”

They claimed that Adkins would like to “reorganize his personal relationship with Herzberger as the longest interview in history”.
