Disruptive texts by the NBC boss, found by the partner as a sick sex scandal spiral

An NBCUniversal manager who worked on the hit musical death is accused of having sex with minors in a lawsuit. His prosecutor? An ex-boyfriend he employed.

The Senior Vice President of the Universal Theater Group (UTG) Chris Herzberger is now trying to be removed as a defendant in the far-reaching lawsuit of his 28-year-old ex-friend Tyler Adkins.

The lawsuit, which names several NBCUESEXECs, claims differently illegal termination, retaliation, bodily harm and battery as well as sexual harassment.

Adkins met Hollywood Bigwig Herzberger when he was looking for work in Los Angeles – the meeting quickly led to a romantic relationship, as court files claim.

As an emerging actor, Adkins agreed to have sex with Herzberger (38) after the manager had told him that it would be good for his career and that rejection would damage it if he claimed charges. It supposedly led to an amicable relationship that lasted three years.

Lawyers who represent Adkins said that Herzberger would threaten him from the industry during the relationship when the actor tried to end things.

In April last year, Adkins received a job as an assistant to the NBCuniversal author Marco Pennett.

At that time, Pennette wrote a musical adaptation of the film “Death” in 1992.

In the lawsuit, Adkins claims to have uncovered Herzberger's desire for minor boys when he was back to her home in LA after the show of the show on a RoadTrip from Chicago.

In the complaint, Adkins said that his friend at the time was strangely busy and guarding his phone.

When Adkins developed a trick – where he asked to look at photos of the couple's trips, he allegedly discovered graphic texts in the Gay Hookup App Grindr and the encrypted chat app Telegram.

The texts checked by the Daily Mail are too graphic and annoying to reproduce. The lawsuit claims that they show Herzberger's wish to have sex with children.

Some of these texts were submitted on Tuesday as proof of Adkins in his complaint against NBCuniversal before the Supreme Court of Los Angeles.

Adkins then took over to himself to report on what he found to the NBCuniversal staff department, under the impression that they confiscated the telephone company, the lawsuit said.

Shortly thereafter, Adkins claims that he was the victim of a relentless retaliation campaign through the hands of [the] Designed, starting with threats of one of his friend's subordinates.

According to the complaint, the UTG Theater producer Lowe Cunningham – the third NBCU manager mentioned in the case, wrote an SMS first to ask the plaintiff to ask who knew the news next to the police.

He claims when he replied that only Pennette knew it, Cunningham told him by phone that he should be “very careful” to make “powerful enemies” in the industry – before he ended the call abruptly.

About two weeks later, Adkins received the call from Cunningham, who notified him that he was released, the lawsuit claims.

Adkins blew up what he said, Pennette's “uncanny intentions” and claimed that he had retired with the kiss and asked Pennette what he was doing.

“Come on, give me a birthday kiss. Don't you want a job? Pennette supposedly said.

They claimed that Adkins would like to “reorganize his personal relationship with Herzberger as the longest interview in history”.

In a court registration at the beginning of this month, lawyers from the company said that Adkins now only tried to put private complaints into claims against a third party.
