Man who was arrested one year after the sexual attack by Phoenix wife was killed

Phoenix (Azfamilie) – A man was arrested for a year after a woman in a house in Phoenix was sexually attacked and murdered.

The 66 -year -old Timothy Stroble was taken into custody on Tuesday because of the alleged murder.

According to court documents, on June 13, 2024, the reports were reported to an injured person at a talked address. Stroble told the investigators that his girlfriend did not breathe and made comments that point out that he did not do, the police said.

The officials found the victim dead on the bottom of the main bedroom. The investigators say that they have “a visible trauma on the head and legs” and is sometimes naked. In the court documents, a blood was found on bathroom work, mirror, floor, toilet, bed sheet and pillow. In addition, the furniture had been moved and the blinds were broken on the ground.

Stroble reported that the investigators told the investigators that he met the victim online in April 2024 and received it shortly afterwards. The investigators found that the victim wrote a note on Stroble so that he could stay in the house and use their vehicle.

He denied to be responsible for her death and to blame and said that she had paid several men to have sex with her. Court documents stated that these men had appeared in the house and told the victim that she had to “pay or would be dead”.

An autopsy showed that the victim had injuries to her neck, several rib fractures and trauma on the head and upper body. Court documents state that the neck injuries “agree with strangulation”. The investigators also found evidence that it had been sexually attacked.

Court documents stated that the victim was at least one or possibly two days dead before it was found.

Documents state that Stroble's claims have refuted the video surveillance because she did not show a group of people who came and went from home.

The authorities interviewed Stroble again a few days later and repeated that he “had nothing to do with the victim's death”. He repeated the same story and claimed that the victim paid him $ 10,000 to stay with her.

According to reports, the investigators found a check signed by him and the victim on Stroble.

The police spoke to the victim's two children, who said that her mother was withdrawn when she started to step out with Stroble. Court documents say that “she would not provide many details about her life, which indicates that Stroble is checked.”

According to the police, DNA dub, which were taken from the victim's body, voted the Stroble DNA. The investigators then searched the Stroble's phone and found graphic photos of the injured victim five days before it was found dead.

Stroble was custody in his house on Tuesday. He was booked for the first degree murder and a count of the kidnapping.

The police did not publish the woman's name.
