The 37-year-old actress has been locked up in a legal fight with the 41-year-old filmmaker Justin for months after accusing him of the set of her film “It Ends With Us” because of the harassment of her film, and her and Taylor's relationship were involved in the lawsuit at the beginning of this year.
According to the newly submitted court documents that were unveiled on page six, lawyers cited lawyers and his production company, Wayfarer Studios, an anonymous source, “most likely reliable information”, and claims that Blake has not revealed the text deletion to Taylor, 35 -, although the exact time of the obvious conversation was not disclosed.
According to the submission, Justin's legal team had the main attorney of Blakes, Michael Gottlieb, also to Taylor's law firm Venable to apply for the pop star.
The court document claims that the application had an implicit threat: “If Ms. Swift refused, private text messages of personal nature would be published in MS LIVelys.”
Justin's lawyers said that a representative of Taylor replied to the alleged threat in a written notification that was sent directly to Michael.
“It is these messages that the Wayfarer parties want to receive as a summons,” says the registration and refer to an ongoing legal dispute over access to the internal correspondence of Venable.
In the documents, communication would “prove an attempt to intimidate and force a painful witness in this legal dispute.”
Taylor was not accused of misconduct, but it was charged as a potential witness in this case.
Michael replied to the allegations by referring to her in a statement on page six “categorically false” and “completely not shown by reality”. He added that he “clearly” denied her.
Taylor's publicist also explained that the Grammy winner “was not involved in the production of the film in the center of the dispute between Justin and Blake and” traveled the biggest tour in history for the globe in 2023 and 2024. “
Blake and Taylor have been close friends since 2015.
In January Justin submitted a contrast against Blake and accused her of the defamation and extortion.
