The suspect in the fiery murder occurs to the first judicial court

Justin Hosey, who was accused of bringing a man in a South Billings residential car park, not guilty on Thursday in front of the Yellowstone County District Court.

A preliminary finding of the autopsy showed that the victim was alive when he was burned.
