The homeless in California burned on fire in a terrible attack

The video shows how a driver overtakes her car and set fire to a homeless woman before he kicks the victim and flees in her vehicle.

The disturbing surveillance material shows that the suspect, who was identified as a 34-year-old Jacqueline Popibarra–in South Sacramento on April 26th before she stopped next to a homeless camp.

PopaBarra got out of her vehicle and began to argue with the 49-year-old homeless victim, who, according to the Sheriff's Office of the Sacramento County, had fallen asleep for the night.

The suspect then supposedly threw a liquid that was considered a fire accelerator – on the victim and burned it on fire.

When spectators deleted the fire, Popibarra stepped through the very burned woman before she went back to her car and flee, the police said.

The homeless woman was taken to a hospital and intubated for several days, so that she was unable to speak for law enforcement with an explanation or to give law enforcement, according to Sheriff's Sacramento County.
