PBL, St. Thomas Other baseball teams combine 48 runs in the 30-18 victory for Panthers

CHAMPAIG-DAS Baseball team of the Paxton Buckley-Loda Varsity won 30-18 against St. Thomas More on Thursday.

The combined number of runs achieved uses this game for 11.^TH Place on the IHSA record list ever. On April 31, 2001, Alton Ft. Zumwalt North (Mon.) 26-22.

Tyler Cole scored 5: 6 with a double, five RBIs and four runs, while Jack Wesslund scored 4: 6 with three doubles, six RBIs and five runs.

Kayden Vance met 3-against-6 with two triple, five RBIs and three runs, while Bryar Cosgrove with three RBIs and four runs scored 3: 5 and Johnny Rodeen scored 3: 6 with three RBIs.

On the hill, Kayden Vance allowed six deserved runs with three goals and four walks with a strike through an inning. Gavin Kief allowed five runs – three deserved – with five goals and two walks through 1 2/3 inning.

Conner Vaughn allowed three deserved runs with two goals and six walks with two rashes through 1 1/3 inner sings, while Bryar Cosgrove made three deserved runs with three goals and a walk through 15 parking spaces and Charles Cambridge allowed a well -deserved run with a hit and a walk with a strike through two inners.
