Trump administration officers say that Secret Service Comeys '86 47 'Social Media Post is investigating

Washington (AP) -Kristi Noem, secretary of the home protection authority, said on Thursday that the federal law enforcement authorities will examine a social media post that is the former FBI director James Comey, whom she and other Republicans suggest, a call to violence against President Donald Trump.

In an Instagram post, Comey wrote under a picture of mussels “Cool Shell Formation on My Beach Walk”, which seemed to form the shapes for “86 47”.

Numerous officials from the Trump government, including Noem, said Comey was used to murder Trump, the 47th president. “DHS and Secret Service examine this threat and will react appropriately,” wrote Noem.

Merriam-Webster, the dictionary used by the Associated Press, says that 86 slang “throw out”, “get rid of” or “reject the service”. It states: “One of the latest assumed senses is a logical expansion of the previous one with the importance of” killing “. Because of its relative repetition and sparse of use, we do not go into.”

The post has been deleted since then. Comey then wrote: “I used to post a picture of a few mussels that I saw on a beach walk today that I had assumed that it was a political message. I have not noticed that some people associate these numbers by force.

“It never occurred to me,” added Comey, “but I reject violence of any kind, so I decreased the post.”

Comey's original contribution triggered the conservatives in social media indignation, with Donald Trump accused Jr. Comey of calling his father's murders.

The current FBI director Kash Patel said that he was aware of the position and exceeded the secret service and his director.

James Blair, deputy chief of staff of the White House for legislative, political and public affairs, found that the post came at a delicate time because Trump is traveling in the Middle East.

“This is a Clarion call from Jim Comey to terrorists and hostile regimens to kill the President of the United States on the way to the Middle East,” Blair wrote on X.

Comey, who was FBI director from 2013 to 2017, was released during the first term of office of the President in the middle of the investigation of the office in allegations of connections between Russian officials and Trump's 2016 presidential campaign. Comey wrote “a higher loyalty” about his career in the best -selling memoirs.

He is now a crime thriller and promotes his latest book “FDR Drive”, which will be published on Tuesday.
