Driver who was accused of killing family in the West portal crash tried to hide assets

The driver, who is accused of having killed a family of four at a bus stop in San Francisco's district of West Portal, was hit by a new civil lawsuit.

In the lawsuit it is claimed that Mary Fong Lau, 79, tries to avoid financial accountability for the victims' families by transferring assets in a fraudulent manner while an illegal death against them is pending.
