Robin Roberts changes from 'GMA' for new crime docuseries

Good morning America The host Robin Roberts moves into the world of true crime for her latest project.

As announced on Tuesday (April 29), Roberts will host the New Hulu three -part True Crime Docuseries Murder has two faceswhich will premiere next Tuesday (May 6th). According to the official description, the series “illuminates” a social justice light for shattering, lesser -known cases that were put in the shade in the media by infamous murders “.

Each episode examines a crime that shares uncanny similarities with top-class cases, including Laci Peterson, Chandra Levy and the Craigslist killer. The cases include Evelyn Hernandez, a pregnant mother who has disappeared with her 5-year-old son before her remains like Laci Peterson were found in the San Francisco bay.

Another episode is described by Joyce Chiang, a promising young lawyer who disappeared and in Washington, DC, how Chandra Levy was found dead. While another episode immerse yourself in the occupation of the marked killer, an American serial killer who used social networks such as the Craigslist killer to attract women to remote places where some met their tragic deaths.

The series will contain exclusive interviews with friends and families of the victims, while they are fighting for their relatives for attention and justice and examining the possible connections to the highly announced cases.

Murder has two faces is produced by Cortés Filmworks and Blue Ant Studios for ABC News Studios. Jon Sechrist, Tara Malone, Laura Michalchyshyn, Matthew Hornburg and Mark JW Bishop act as executing producers alongside Cortés. For ABC News Studios, Katie Conway, the senior producer is, and David Sloan acts as a senior executive producer.
