1 dead, several injured in the frontal accident with Tourbus on the popular tourist destination

Page, ariz. (KPHO/Gray News) Authorities say that one person is dead and several others are injured with a tour bus in North Arizona after a frontal accident.

According to the Page Police Department, the crash occurred on Wednesday on the Coppermine Road near us 98.

The police said a limousine drove south when the driver crossed the center line and headed north to an Antelope Slot Canyon Toursbus.

The limousine driver died. Several people in the tour bus were seriously injured.

The authorities left no further direct details, but said that speed and alcohol were not excluded as factors.

An investigation of the crash continues.
