Ex-deputy that is accused

Memphis, tenn. (WMC) – One of two former members of Shelby County who is accused of bringing a drunk woman from a crash scene to a hotel for daily decertification on Thursday.

Sheldon Smith and Michael Yzaguirre are the two former MPs who were ended after reporting that after a traffic interruption, they brought a drunk woman to a hotel room, and a deputy supposedly had sexual intercourse with her.
