Rihanna shares a video for the new Smurfs song “Friend of Mine”: Watch

Rihanna is finally back with a new song. And just like last time she published new music in 2022, it is for a film. Below are the video for Rihanna's new Smurf Song, “Friend of me”, which shows a short appearance from the pop icon itself that swings a flower as an umbrella.

Rihanna voices Smurfette in the new Smurf Film. The film will be published on Friday, July 18. See Rihanna's character with James Corden's Smurf Character, no name, in the photo below.

“Friend of mine” is the second preview of the Smurf Soundtrack, after Desi Trill, DJ Khaled, Cardi B, Natania and Subhis “higher love”. It is also Rihanna's first single since “Lift me up” for which she made it Black Panther: Wakanda forever. She was nominated for the best original song at the 2023 Academy Awards for “Lift Me Up” and played it at the Hollywood ceremony.

Rihanna has not published a album since then Anti. However, she expanded her family because she is pregnant with her third child with a $ ap rocky.
