Billy Jack Haynes did not rule for the death of his wife

The former professional wrestling star Billy Jack Haynes was not brought to court for his wife Janette Becraft's death.

A judge ordered on Wednesday that Haynes, whose real name is William Albert Haynes, should be sent to the Oregon State Hospital and that he is unable to help with his own defense. According to Fightful.com.

Haynes was arrested and the second degree murder and the illegal use of a weapon in February 2024 charged when the 85-year-old was shooting.

Fightful.com reported that a certified evaluated Haynes' behavior assessed at the hearing, tested statements by his lawyers and had taken into account the defense and the public prosecutor's provisions in order to determine that the former wrestler was no longer suitable.
