The PGA Championship 2025 in the Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, North Carolina, started on Thursday with some unexpected names that were at the top of the ranking.

Cam Davis and Ryan Gerard, who made his debut at this event, led at the beginning of the first round of the PGA championship. Jhonattan Vegas had the top position after a 7-below 64. They follow Stephan Jaeger, Luke Donald and Alex Smalley closely. In the meantime, established players such as Rory McIlroy, Justin Thomas and Scottie Scheffler are facing a harder challenge.

With the field of 156 players who fight for a place in the top 86, the competition is violent because they go into the second round on Friday.

Where can you look at the PGA championship: TV channel, streaming on Friday

The PGA Championship 2025 will be broadcast by ESPN in the first two rounds on Thursday and Friday, with ESPN and CBS broadcast on Saturday and Sunday the last two rounds. ESPN+ and Fubo will have all four rounds with streaming reporting on streaming reporting at the PGA championship, while the audience can stream the action on Paramount+ during the weekend coverage.

  • Thursday to Friday: 7 a.m. noon (ESPN+), 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. (ESPN)
