The Texas shooter went casually away

The Houston man, who shot down an Afghan refugee, rushed towards him shortly before the fire opened and then went away casually after he killed the two-time father, his angry family told the post.

The video preserved from the post seems to show the shooters – the claim that he killed Abdul Rahman Waziri for self -defense and not charged or named publicly – said Waziri's brother Abdullah Khan.

Waziri's family members believe that the video is proof that the murderer was the attacker in a dispute over a parking space in the apartment complex in which both men lived.

You say that the shooter should be arrested and accused.

“I'm not going to be silent. I want this guy to stand behind bars,” said Khan, adding that he went to the Dreadlocked killer cold when he tidy his brother's blood the day after the shooting.

A group with a broken heart of green baskets who fought next to each other next to Waziri also make the decision for “justice for our brother”.

Waziri, who fled to the USA after working with American troops to escape the Taliban, was killed on April 27 when he directed his car in the parking lot of his apartment complex in West Houston to check his post.

The public prosecutor of the district of Harris, however, refused to file charges and forced the local police officers to let go of the murderer.

A spokesman for the DA office informed the post office that “you are still waiting for additional information from investigators before you meet a loading position” but would not say whether you checked the video of the incident or not.

According to the family report on the video, which was recorded by a surveillance camera in the apartment complex, the shooter was angry after pulling himself behind Waziri's car when he stopped to get the post.

The murderer was discovered by witnesses who destroyed the victim before the outbreak of Waziri's battle, said the victim's family lawyer, Omar Khawaja.

Waziri's family said that the video of the shooter runs towards Waziri – before he allegedly called up a weapon and fatally shot the Afghan man several times.

The video does not show the filming because it is covered by a carport.

After shooting, the shooter can be seen that goes away – before he calls on the phone.

The 31-year-old husband and father was brought to Ben Taub General Hospital before he was declared dead.

The officials confiscated his firearm at the scene and captivated the alleged shooter with handcuffs before cutting it easily, according to the Film material recorded by KPRC.

It was finally thrown out of the apartment complex, said the family.

“We came here to be safe, but here is also ridiculous. Someone could kill you just because you didn't move your car,” Waziri's brother Khan told the post office.

Green Beret Ben Hoffman told the post: “Abdul Rahman was literally ready to set his life for us – for us, for Americans.”

He added: “He was a lion. He was a warrior. He was a hero,” said Hoffman, describing Waziri as a “peace pier”.

The retired special units Beret Beret Chris Wells helped at the Petition of the US government to grant Waziri a special visa for the support of US troops, but “to be shot here and shot over a parking space” was “completely exciting,” he said.
