Rutgers Forward Ace Bailey is reportedly regarded by NBA staff as “more of a project” than Baylor Wing VJ Edgecombe according to Sam Vecenie by The Athletic.

As for the San Antonio Spurs in second place, Vecenie reported that Rutgers Guard Dylan Harper “is seen almost unanimously as the second best player in the design class by NBA executives and scouts”. If the Spurs stay in second place, Harper seems to be the choice.

Then there is a debate for No. 3 in which the Philadelphia 76ers are currently selecting. The two top candidates in this early point seem to be Bailey and Edgecompbe.
