Barren County was brought to a flood guard by the National Weather Service in Louisville.

The flood guard will remain in force on May 17th in the morning.

“Rounds of showers and thunderstorms that contain violent rainfall have an impact on the region until tonight,” said the service in the weather bill. “Some locations may receive several rounds of strong rainfall, which lead to flood and fall floods. Excessive drainage can lead to flooding of rivers, streams, streams and other low-lying and endangered locations.”

Until this morning, May 16, until 11:00 a.m., Bargren County is also under a severe thunderstorm.

A watch is less serious than a warning. A watch means “the risk of dangerous weather or a hydrological event has increased significantly, but its appearance, the place or timing are still uncertain [and] Should offer enough lead time so that those who have to set their plans in motion can do so.
